These Terms govern your use of matthewrupcic.com, the personal site of Matt Rupcic ("I", "me", "my"), run by Klik d.o.o. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Purpose of the site

This site presents my work as a media buyer and creative strategist and lets brands book a call with me. It's informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee or a binding agreement to provide services.

Results shown on this site

The numbers, case studies and screenshots describe past results for specific brands at specific times. They aren't a promise of future results. What you get depends on your product, offer, market and budget.

Intellectual property

The site's design, layout and text are mine. The ads, logos and screenshots shown belong to the brands and rights holders they come from, and are displayed as portfolio samples under the arrangements relevant to each project. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those brands endorse this site.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, redistribute or use any material from this site for your own commercial purposes without my written permission. Looking at the work to decide whether to hire me is, of course, welcome.

Third-party services and links

Bookings run through Calendly, the site uses Meta's advertising tools as described in the Privacy Policy, and it links to other services such as LinkedIn. I'm not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services, which have their own terms.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, though I do my best to keep it running well.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Paid work

Any media buying, creative strategy or advisory work I take on is covered by a separate written agreement between your company and Klik d.o.o. Prices mentioned on the site are a starting point; the final scope and price are set in that agreement. These website Terms don't cover paid work.

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page.
